The static movement of a metal arm counts another second passing. How do I experience the progress of time myself?
The Timekeeper is inspired by ancient devices, which measure short periods without indicating time. A human action sets time in motion. Time exists in the shifting of grains, the melting of wax or the dripping of water. 
Through moving image, experimental sound and repeating the spoken words of a clockmaker, I try to explore my own rhythm.
